Dormitory’s member behavior are complex. Lecturers and students are the members of dormitory who have the unique daily habitual. Most of the students behavior are variation. The students are still lazy to do their task besides they also have bad manner in room decorating and keeping but some of them have good responsibility and finish everything about dorm well. On the other hand, lecturers as a cultivator have become a good guidance. Being a cultivator is not easy, because hey have to be more patient with the students behavior although they have to use the strong rules. The most important thing is they always help when thing nees to be done. We can see that it is not only the stsudents but also the lecturers have anykinds of behavior in dormitory and all of he whole will be hold in their memory.
